Skills4 Life

What is the Skills4 Life
programme?

The transition from education into full-time employment is a challenge that many young people aren’t ready for. Our brand-new programme, Skills4Life, prepares them for the future by providing a powerful foundation for confidence, resilience and growth.

Five-day residential programmes for schools and youth groups –
A structured residential experience, giving young people time to fully engage, reflect and build skills progressively. Suitable for both school groups and youth organisations, with a balance of learning, activity and downtime.

Focus on life skills, nutrition and employability –
Develops essential transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, resilience and self-management. Also covers nutrition and wellbeing, and understanding how healthy choices can support energy levels, focus and long-term confidence.
